Mermaid Bride Inspiration Shoot

Rebranding can be rough. Having to tailor down and streamline all your interests and passions into a cohesive idea can be so difficult especially when you are as eclectic and vivacious as our amazingly, talented friend Ashley of Virginia Ashley Photography. With her love for color, the outdoors, the ocean, her family, Mexican food, and of course all things to do with love, coming up with a single inspiration for her rebranding shoot took a little soul searching. But when Simply Bridal offered her a gorgeous mermaid style gown to use however she’d like, the answer became so clear. Yellows, pinks, purples, and sages with touches of the ocean bathed in natural light were the perfect combination to capture not only Ashley’s brand but the mermaid inspiration. With the planning and styling of Chickadee Events and rentals from Mad Hatter Vintage Rentals & Styling, this shoot came together so beautifully. It’s even been featured on Ruffled Blog!
