Part two of the Frida shoot could not have been softer, more romantic, or more perfectly framed by the architecture and history of Monumental. We just loved the juxtaposition of Frida’s bold, bright colors with the muted roses, greens, and succulents of the second half of this amazing shoot. Changing the direction and flow allowed so many great creative details to be introduced. The coral cake with delicate paper flowers created by Sweet Fix, the invitation suite from Design Corral, and the Paisley & Jade rentals melded together beautifully to inspire a wedding backdrop any bride would love to have. The bouquet we created, along with the yards and yards of sage green garland, combined architectural texture with ruffled magic. Air plants and ranunculus should always come together! That bouquet spoke to our personal style and what we love about floral design. It is one of our favorite creations. Major compliments to Mod Mau Designs and Jessica Maida Photography for envisioning how seemlessly these two concepts would work together.
